Today's ride was long, but pretty flat and easy for 80+ miles. We left Hardin and rode a frontage road parallel to I-90 most of the day. Barb and I rode together the whole day.
Something we never see at home: Trains pulling dozens of cars filled with coal. We saw several of these.
Most of our ride south of Hardin to the Montana-Wyoming border was through the Crow Indian Reservation. We passed by a park dedicated to veterans.
The Little Big Horn River meandered next to us most of the day.
An interesting old grain elevator:
Welcome to Wyoming! As soon as we crossed into Wyoming, cows were happily mooing, deer played, and life became just that much easier.
Since I was starving, Barb and I made a detour into the little town of Ranchester, WY for a snack. Here's a picture from that town for Halla!
Mark, Amy, and Nick (our support crew) deserve a special thanks today for taking such good care of all the riders. Thank you!

Be careful in Wyoming, I got a speeding ticket there. The good news is that I just paid the cop... hmmmm. Looks like you are still doing awesomely and I don't know what you'll do with yourself when you finally come home. Love the text and pictures.
Every time you cross a state line you are smiling! Is it that because you are getting further away from those "dear" little children?
Oh! Are you going by the Devil's Tower in WY?
Anyway, I like those smiles. Keep 'em coming.
I am loving checking up on you. I love "80 miles flat and easy". You are a stud! Keep up the great work! Thanks for keeping us all updated.
Darren
